Hello!
We would like to officially invite you to join our CT Women’s Soccer Referee Group.
We have decided to call the group, “E.W.O.- Empowering Women Officials.” (see registration form bel0w)
This group is open to women of all experience levels from first year to 20+ years. It is also open to anyone looking to advance or someone just wanting a place to come to with referee questions.
Our goal is to be a solid group of women who will be there to encourage one another, discuss game situations with, and provide personalized coaching and mentorship tailored to your needs.
Our current plan is to have virtual sessions that meet monthly for about an hour, attend local tournaments together for those interested, and be a place where you can connect with other female officials in a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere.
There is no pressure to attend every meeting or tournament. We just want to provide a place where everyone to feels welcome and attends when they can.
