Course Information: This is the required in person session once the online portion of the entry level referee program is completed.
The session includes an activity-based classroom session and a practical field session. The field session will be conducted outdoors if possible.
Please dress appropriately for the field session, and bring a whistle and flags.
If you have a referee uniform, it is appropriate to wear it.
Check the weather forecast. The outdoor session will not be cancelled except for severe weather conditions.
Bring water and something to eat.
Please bring pen or pencils, and a pad or notebook to the clinic.
Please be ON TIME!
Newington Parks and Rec
Romano Room for the classroom, 12pm - 2:30pm and then either the park across the street, weather permitting or Mortenson Community Gym for the field session 2:30pm -5pm
